Kelly began her career as a Parent Coach in 2011 and has since helped hundreds of families with loved ones in treatment. The challenges she faced as a mother, witnessing her son's battle for sobriety, have deeply informed her approach to supporting families on the emotional roller coaster of having a child in treatment or active addiction. Her empathetic guidance empowers families to establish robust boundaries, make informed decisions, and break free from the exhausting cycle of codependency and enabling.

As the Director of Family Support and Alumni Relations at Versa Pointe, Kelly embodies the role of a liaison, She maintains regular communication with families, promoting transparency and understanding throughout the treatment process.
Her personal and professional experiences revealed a critical gap in the support system—coaching for the families themselves. While the focus was so often on the individual requiring treatment, the families and loved ones were left without a compass. frequently neglecting their wellness and emotional needs. It was here she discovered her passion as a coach, providing holistic, compassionate support not just for those in treatment but also for the spouses, parents, and children who share in the struggle.
Above all, Kelly acts as an advocate, ensuring that both the patient's and their family's voices are heard and both concerns and goals are addressed. The treatment journey can be a shared path toward healing and recovery.
